Knowledge is power & we are here to empower you!
Not understanding something leads to frustrating feelings of helplessness.
Welcome to our library of notes, hints & instructions on many IT issues, mostly very common, but some complex. We hope it’s useful.
Our posts are very brief – no unnecessary padding.
Most is original Fixie Pixie text.
Where text is used from other sources, it’s cited.
Use simple stem words in the Search (magnifying glass) function to explore.
Many Fixie Pixie clients have the same issues, so felt it was worth sharing them here.
When we learn, we add it here, we share.
This will help you ‘remember for the next time.’
If some entries appear very basic & obvious to you, please remember they may not be basic & obvious to everyone else!
It can never be a complete record (IT queries are infinite likes stars!), but we hope it empowers you to find simple answers quickly.
We love feedback, good or bad, big or small, eg. do let us know of any amendments or topics not currently covered here. padding
